Readplace on iPhone
Save links from any browser on your iPhone. Open the page in Safari, Chrome, or anywhere else, tap the share button, and choose Readplace — the link drops straight into your reading queue. No copy-paste, and no need to open the app to save. The same app runs on your Mac.
Install Readplace for iPhone- Open Readplace once and sign in with your account. Opening the app the first time is what registers the "Share to Readplace" option in iOS; it will not appear in the share sheet until you have.
- Save a page: open it in Safari, Chrome, or Firefox, tap Share, and choose Readplace, just like sharing to WhatsApp. It renders and saves the page in the background, so you stay where you are. If Readplace is not in the share row, scroll the row to the right and tap More, then Edit, and add Readplace to your Favourites — it sits first in the row from then on, so you never have to hunt for it. The screenshots below walk through it.
- Read from the app: saved articles appear in the list, pull down to refresh, and scroll for more. Tap one and the clean Readplace reader opens in the app, TL;DR included. Swipe a row to mark it read — it stays in your list, and readplace.com shows the same queue.
Save what you want to read while you're out, then read it in the app or at readplace.com when you have the time. Any feedback is welcome in-app.
